Team Corally's 2026 Syncro-4: New Body, Stronger Chassis, and a Tool Kit in the Box

New ReleaseTeam CorallyBuggy

Team Corally has released an updated version of its Syncro-4, the 1/8 scale 4WD 4S brushless bash buggy, calling the 2026 edition "the most complete and refined Syncro 4 they have ever produced." The core platform is familiar, but nearly every touchpoint has been reworked: body, chassis bracing, drivetrain details, tires, and even what's in the box.

A new body and new colors

The 2026 Syncro-4 gets a completely new body that stays true to the original's look but is slightly wider and taller. The extra height is functional: it lets common 4S hardcase LiPo packs fit under the body without interference. New interlocking side guards have a dedicated locating slot that holds the body firmly across the width of the chassis, which keeps it sitting correctly and helps keep dirt and debris out of the chassis area.

The graphics and color schemes have been fully redesigned, and the buggy is offered in four colors: orange, pink, green, and red.

Stronger where it counts

Corally added a reinforced composite chassis-bracing system, borrowed from its 4S monster-truck platforms. To fit it, the team designed a new center differential cover around the 46T main gear. The extra bracing is aimed at limiting chassis flex and making it considerably harder to bend the chassis under hard use.

The drivetrain gets Corally's latest CVD design, with an aluminum retaining cap and extended drive pin replacing the earlier spring-based pin retention. According to Corally, this change eliminated complaints about CVD pins working loose during extreme use.

Cosmetically, all aluminum parts are now anodized in a neutral titanium color, and the buggy has new black-anodized serrated aluminum wheel nuts with laser-engraved detailing — the serrated surface is meant to reduce the chance of the nuts loosening.

Softer tires and a tool set

The tires move to a softer 40 Shore rubber compound for more mechanical grip and more responsive handling, while Corally says tire life should remain acceptable.

New this year, Team Corally says its RTR vehicles will progressively ship with the basic tools needed for servicing. The Syncro-4 (2026) includes 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm hex drivers, 1.5 mm and 5.0 mm L-shaped hex keys, a cross-type nut wrench for M2 through M4 nuts, and a 17 mm multifunction wheel-nut wrench — handy for newcomers who don't own the right tools yet.

What's unchanged, and what you need to buy

Electronics carry over: the Kuron 725 2150kV brushless motor, Torox 135 ESC, CR-HV 7225 servo, and the CT2S 2.4GHz radio system. The battery tray fits packs up to 160x50x50mm.

It's an ARTR-style package, so you'll need to supply a 4S LiPo with an XT90 plug (or two 2S packs with a series adapter), a compatible charger, and 4 AA batteries for the transmitter. Our guide to LiPo vs. NiMH batteries is a good starting point if you're picking a pack.

Price and availability

Naughty Boy RC is now listing all four colors of the Syncro-4 (2026) at $389.99 each. For comparison, the previous-generation Syncro4 is listed at $339.99 in our tracked pricing. These new listings are too fresh to be in our price tracking yet, so the links below go straight to the product pages.
