At max continuous discharge, this pack delivers roughly 1,850W — useful for checking it's a fair match for your motor and ESC's rated power.

Charge time is a straight-line estimate (capacity ÷ charge current) and doesn't account for the slower constant-voltage tail most chargers use near full — real charge time usually runs a bit longer. Always charge on a charger set to match your pack's chemistry and never exceed the pack's rated C.

How this works

A LiPo's C-rating tells you the maximum safe continuous discharge current relative to its capacity: a 5000mAh pack rated at 50C can safely deliver 5A × 50 = 250A continuously, with most packs able to handle roughly double that in short bursts.

Charge time depends on your charger's current, usually expressed as a multiple of the pack's capacity (its "C" rate) — charging at 1C takes about an hour, 2C about 30 minutes, and so on. Charging faster than the pack (and your charger) is rated for risks damaging the battery or worse.

Cell count (S) sets your pack's voltage: each cell is nominally 3.7V, 4.2V at a full charge, and should be stored around 3.8V per cell if it won't be used for a while.
