Losi Releases the Brad Keselowski No. 6 Castrol Ford Mustang as a 1/12 NASCAR RC Car
Losi has released a new officially licensed driver livery for its 1/12 scale NASCAR RC race car: Brad Keselowski's No. 6 2026 Castrol Ford Mustang (part #LOS1122606). It joins Losi's existing NASCAR RC cars, which include other Ford Mustang liveries such as the Zane Smith No. 38.
What you get
The No. 6 is a ready-to-run, hobby-grade stock car. The box includes a Spektrum Smart 7.4V 1400mAh 2S hardcase LiPo battery, a Spektrum S10 Smart G2 Mini 2S USB-C charger, a Spektrum SLT2 2.4GHz transmitter, and four AA batteries. The only thing you need to add is a USB or USB-C power adapter (QC 2.0/3.0, 18W or higher) to charge it.
Hardware
The car uses a MEGA 380 28T brushed motor with a Spektrum waterproof SLT 2-in-1 25A ESC and receiver, rated for 20+ mph, and a Spektrum SX110 waterproof metal-geared steering servo. It is all-wheel drive for traction on pavement and concrete.
Losi describes the platform as a composite chassis with a metal-geared powertrain, independent suspension, and oil-filled coil-over shocks. Losi's description of the platform says the included Smart 2S battery gives about 20 minutes of run time, and that you can tune and upgrade the car with optional shocks, camber links, and tires. A throttle limiter on the transmitter lets you cap speed at 50 or 75 percent for newer drivers.
